Service Description
Diet counseling is provided by an expert Registered Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Dietitian gives expert knowledge and increases understanding of specific disease or wellness concerns. The dietitian will guide patients through an initial 60-minute interactive counseling session to set realistic goals and develop a treatment plan. After the first session, the dietitian will schedule a follow-up appointment in four weeks to check progress and see if changes are needed to nutrition goals and treatment plans.
